Strengths-focused Organization
A strengths-focused organization is oriented towards the given resources of a company. The goal is to achieve top performance through continuous development and optimal resource allocation. The focus is on positive management. Employees should be encouraged positively and individually in order to achieve the highest possible performance. For the individual employee it is important that he finds his flow and promotes personal strengths. If the concept is now transferred to microeconomics, it is important to recognise organisation’s core and to adequately promote and control the positive aspects of it. The focus on building a strengths-focused organization is an optimal complement to benchmarking in order to maximize the potential of the company.
